3.1 The Casino may, at its discretion, take the following actions at any time:

  • Reject a user's request to create an account.
  • Block an existing account without prior notice.
  • Reject deposits without providing an explanation.
  • Request additional documents at any time to verify the identity of the account holder. The Company reserves the right to suspend the account until the necessary documents are provided.
  • Suspend or block access to services and confiscate funds from the player's balance if the same payment details are used with another account.
  • Manage user funds in accordance with generally accepted financial principles.
  • Block an account, confiscate funds, or reject claims if the account owner violates the Company’s corporate policies or is suspected of engaging in illegal activities.
  • Suspend or block access to some or all games, promotions, prize drawings, or services if there is a legitimate reason to believe the account is being used, or will be used, to commit fraud or any illegal activities.
  • Suspend or block access to the Company’s services and confiscate funds if there are grounds to believe the user is cheating or attempting to harm the client base or the software in any way.
  • Suspend or block access to the Website if it is suspected that the user is using artificial intelligence to play or attempting to collude with other players. By registering, users agree to play in accordance with the principles of fair play; otherwise, they may gain an unfair advantage over others.
  • Suspend or block the Account Holder’s participation in services, forfeit or confiscate funds if the user is found cheating or using any automated system (such as machines, robots, software, etc.) designed to defeat or manipulate the client application or software.

3.2 The Casino guarantees:

  • Safe and proper management of user funds.
  • Collection, storage, and management of personal data in compliance with the Information Privacy Law.
  • Storage of user funds in a separate bank account.

3.3 The Casino is not a financial institution and does not charge interest on registered user accounts.

3.4 Users are permitted to create only one account. If multiple accounts are found, the Casino has the right to block or delete duplicate accounts, redirect or confiscate funds to the main account, and cancel any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.

3.5 It is prohibited to disclose account information to third parties, sell or transfer account access, or purchase access to another account.

3.6 Transferring funds between accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.1 An account will be considered inactive if no activities have been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months.

4.2 The Casino reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts under the following circumstances:

  • If no transactions are recorded for 12 consecutive months, such accounts will be classified as inactive. If your account becomes inactive and we are unable to contact you, the Company reserves the right to permanently delete the account.
  • If the administration attempts to contact the owner of an inactive account but does not receive a response or the required payment instructions.

4.3 If your account has been blocked or deleted and you have a positive balance, you must contact us via email and, if necessary, provide detailed information to resolve any issues related to withdrawing your remaining funds.

4.4 The Company is entitled to charge a monthly maintenance fee of 5 EUR (or its equivalent in another currency) for any inactive account.

4.5 Any cashback balance on an inactive account will be immediately forfeited.

5.1 In compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and the General Terms and Conditions, the Casino reserves the right to suspend an account for the duration necessary to investigate and process a chargeback request.

5.2 Upon receiving a chargeback request, the Casino will notify the account holder via the registered email address. This notification will verify the account holder's identity and confirm the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. If the account holder fails to respond, the Casino will send two additional notifications. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from the refund amount for each notification sent.

5.3 If, during the chargeback process, the account remains blocked and the account holder:

  • Has not logged into their account for six consecutive months, and
  • Has not confirmed their identity, payment method, or provided details for returning unused funds,
  • the Casino reserves the right to debit the remaining balance from the inactive account.

6.1 Users are fully responsible for all actions carried out through their accounts, including participation in games. The Website and Games are provided "as is," without any warranties, either express or implied.

6.2 The Company, along with its directors, employees, partners, and service providers:

  • Does not guarantee that the software or the Website will meet your specific needs or be suitable for any particular purpose;
  • Does not guarantee that the software or the Website will be free of errors;
  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted or flawless access to the Website and Games;
  • Shall not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Website or your participation in the Games.
